比赛内容：选手完成一篇议论文写作（500词左右），侧重考察选手的评价论述能力。 比赛题目：
For this part, you are allowed an hour to write a short essay on the topic Should We Help Strangers? You should write at least 500 words but no more than 550 words, and base your composition on the outline bellow: 1.有人认为帮助陌生人是一种美德；
