摘要：A service management system facilitates service on building managementsystems. A mobile computing device captures an image of an evacuation map posted in a

building and sends the image to a service workflow module of a connected servicessystem, which returns a map based on the image. During service on devices of thebuilding management system, positions of the devices are indicated on the map, and mapposition information is generated and stored in a connected services database. Graphicalelements representing devices assigned positions on the map are overlaid on the map.Upon selection, the graphical elements display a menu of service-related actions. Thevisual characteristics of the graphical elements varies based on the type and currentstatus of the devices.
